Experienced support, delivered with care
Euphoria Pathways is a Queensland-based NDIS provider built on years of frontline experience. We deliver consistent, person-focused supports tailored to each participant — with the depth and training to step in when needs are higher.
Our team has worked across an extensive variety of presentations and plan types — from everyday daily-living supports through to complex behavioural, forensic and post-release work. Whatever the participant brings, we focus on what genuinely helps them move forward: structure, respect, and supports designed around the person, not the system.

Person-centred supports, with depth when it's needed
We're a deeply experienced team that has supported a wide range of NDIS participants over the years — from everyday plan-based supports through to participants others have found difficult to keep stable. Our work spans:
- Everyday NDIS supports across the participant's plan
- Participants with additional, complex or higher needs
- Behaviour support, forensic and post-release transitions
- Long-term participants where consistency really matters
Whatever the plan looks like, we keep the participant at the centre — listening first, planning carefully, and delivering supports that are consistent shift after shift.
A trained, consistent team
Our staff bring training, supervision and reflective practice to every shift — so participants receive consistent, professional care that fits their plan.

Calm, professional and consistent. Get to know the support workers who show up for the participants we work alongside.
Standing alongside justice and complex clients
We continue to support participants with justice involvement and complex presentations — including post-release transitions, forensic and behaviour support needs, and situations where other providers have stepped back. Our team is trained to hold steady through the harder moments, working closely with support coordinators, clinicians and families to keep participants safe, engaged and moving forward.
