The people behind Euphoria Pathways

Below is a small snapshot of our broader team — a handful of the support workers you might meet. Calm, professional, person-centred, and consistent for the participants we work alongside.

These are just a few of the faces from our wider support team.

Tahlia
About Tahlia

Hi, I'm Tahlia 👋

I'm a compassionate and reliable support worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with a wide range of needs. I'm deeply passionate about helping people live as independently as possible while feeling safe, respected, and supported in their everyday lives.

I bring a calm, patient and caring approach to my work. I focus on building genuine connections with the people I support, while maintaining professionalism, consistency, and trust. Supporting others to build confidence, independence, and a sense of wellbeing is something I truly value.

I have experience working with individuals living with physical, intellectual, and psychosocial disabilities, including Autism (Levels 1, 2 & 3), Cerebral Palsy, ADHD, ODD, and various mental health conditions. I tailor my support to each person's unique needs, preferences, and goals.

I can assist with a range of supports including personal care, daily routines, appointments, community access, and social engagement. I also provide behavioural support for individuals with complex needs and can assist with coordination and administrative tasks where required.

I'm known for being approachable, a strong communicator, and someone who goes above and beyond to ensure the people I support feel comfortable, valued, and empowered.

Cinnamon
About Cinnamon

Hi, I'm Cinnamon (yes, like the donut 🍩)

I'm a proud mum to a boy and a girl, and part of a wonderfully unique, "organised chaos" household with my partner and our two birds — we're all a little neuro-spicy, and I truly embrace that!

I'm 30 years old and bring a bubbly, fun, and caring personality to everything I do. I find genuine joy and reward in helping others reach their full potential and supporting them to build confidence, independence, and happiness in their everyday lives.

I have a strong passion for learning and enjoy exploring new hobbies and skills. My interests are quite diverse — from gaming, building, organising, and creative projects, to fishing, camping, anime, and even a bit of horror. I love connecting with people through shared interests and creating meaningful, enjoyable experiences.

Mental health advocacy is very close to my heart. I bring lived experience and a deep understanding of the challenges people may face. I enjoy sharing practical tools and strategies — from approaches such as CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy), Triple P and Circle of Security, which have supported me in my own journey.

Becoming a support worker has been incredibly fulfilling for me. I am passionate about providing person-centred, respectful, and empowering support, and I genuinely look forward to building positive connections and working alongside you to achieve your goals.

Caaden
About Caaden

Hi, I'm Caaden 🙂

I'm a disability support worker who's calm, patient, and easy to get along with. While I'm new to the industry, I've got a lot of personal experience supporting family members with ASD, so I understand the importance of routine, respect, and taking things at the right pace.

Outside of work, I'm a musician, I enjoy getting out into nature for walks, and I'm into gaming as well. I like finding shared interests, connecting over activities, and creating a relaxed, comfortable environment.

I'm keen to provide respectful support and build a positive connection.
